SHIPPING POLICY

OUR GUARANTEE

Every parcel is assigned a tracking number and insured for breakages. We take the upmost care and pride in making sure your items arrive at your door promptly, safely and too your satisfaction.

STANDARD DELIVERY

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

EXPRESS DELIVERY

All Express delivery orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Standard Shipping:

All orders over $199 are included in our free standard shipping promotion. 

All other orders under $199 are a flat rate fee of $30 per order.

Express Shipping:

All express orders are a flat rate fee of $45 per order.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at The German Village Kandle Haus. Contact us at info@hahndorfkandlehaus.com invoice to skip shipping. Or to arrange to hold a product to pay in store.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10am to 4:30pm. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: New Zealand

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Due to current shipping costs and restrictions, we have limited our international shipping availability for most countries, if you wish to contact us directly at info@hahndorfkandlehaus.com, we can find out if it is possible to ship to you and the cost involved.
